We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Delivery Terms
We use major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, as well as international logistics partners when needed, to deliver orders. Depending on the product and fulfillment location, some orders may ship from one of our partner warehouses to ensure the fastest available delivery.
Delivery Time Formula
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
All products go through a processing and preparation stage before shipping.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Rest of the World
International Priority Tracked Shipping: 5–14 business days — $6.99

Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all import taxes and return shipping charges incurred.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
If possible, reject the delivery with the courier and reach out to our customer support team. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, contact us and we will guide you through next steps.
